「This house has an excellent location in Montsoreau and has very nice views of the Loire river from the upper floors. It's perfect for exploring the area West of Tours around Saumur and is easily accessible to Angers as well as chateaus such as Villandry and Azay-le-Rideau. We didn't have our bicycles and wish we had but the local walking through vineyards is still phenomenal. 「What a situation and what a great conversion to a holiday let. We were greeted by the host, who had already lit the wood burner, this was most welcome as the weather was cold also left us a bottle of fizz. We did find the stairs a little daunting but this was down to the fact we were all in our late 70's early 80's. The main bedroom is vast, triple aspect with great views across the river which is also a bird watchers delight. A great property in an amazing location.」

「My family and I enjoyed this house and it was great to be able to appreciate the old architectural charm of the building. The outdoor space was perfect for us and was a big plus. The house isn’t right in the city center but we were able to walk or ride bikes into town very conveniently. The only real negative was the checkin and checkout process as the place where we had to pick up and drop off the key was not close by especially if you were in a rush or didn’t have a car. 「3 jours et demi pour visiter 7 châteaux et une abbaye. La location (entre Saumur et Tours) se situait exactement dans le secteur voulu pour la sélection de châteaux que nous avions faite. En campagne dans un endroit calme, la maison est sécurisée par portail et clôture. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par le propriétaire des lieux. Nous gardons cette adresse dans notre répertoire.」

Grand champ où notre fils de 3ans 1/2 a pu courir et jouer (même s'il n'est pas clos, pas de danger) Piece de vie effectivement un peu sombre mais quand il fait beau il faut profiter de la terrasse et de l'extérieur. 「We recently visited the Loire Valley with our family of four adults. This loft was well equipped and modern. Washer/dryer and drying rack appreciated. There was some construction on the street in front of the building, but we were able to access the unit from the back lane. If you have mobility issues, the stairs would be a challenge but they were not a concern for us. Quick response from owner with any questions. Overall an excellent place and we would stay here again.」
