「One night stay before an early morning departure. Nice property, lives up to the expectation of a Sheraton property. Good food choices, clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Not near downtown Baku, so for an extended stay I would recommend going closer to town.」

「Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! Thanks, Spacibo!」

「The biggest advantage of the hotel is service! Hotel stuff has helped us to arrange trips, has given us a lot of useful information and tips. Communication with the hotel before we arrived was also great! We really appreciate their approach. Hotel is clean but it's older hotel and condition of the hotel is accordingly.」

「Fawlty Towers is centrally located within easy walking distance of the downtown pedestrian streets and waterfront promenade, but the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The surrounding 2 blocks are rather dingy and full of dive bars. The hotel and room are clean. There was air conditioning (a big plus in Baku's heat). The free breakfast is very generous. The staff is nice and very helpful (but occasionally they have someone working who only speaks Azerbaijani and not English or Russian)....
