"Hotel Do Colegio is highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! The hotel is centrally located, extremely convenient, and walkable to everything we wanted to see in the old city center. The breakfast was a highlight each morning, and the staff was truly wonderful and attentive throughout our stay. While the old-city location makes parking extremely challenging, the hotel was incredibly proactive in supporting us, offering innovative garage and street parking options that made it manageable. "

"I had an excellent stay at MS Vila Nova. The hotel is clean, well maintained, quiet, and very comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom spotless. Everything felt organised and easy, which made the stay stress-free. The facilities are solid and deliver great value. What truly stands out, however, is the level of service, particularly from Raquel at reception. She operates at an exceptionally high customer service standard. From the first interaction, she was calm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her communication is clear and reassuring, and she has a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and valued. It is evident that Raquel knows her role inside out. She works with confidence, efficiency, and precision, while maintaining a warm and approachable manner. She anticipates needs, handles requests smoothly, and ensures everything runs seamlessly. Her presence alone elevates the entire guest experience. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the overall stay exceeded expectations. The hotel is excellent, but Raquel’s professionalism is what makes it truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return."

"The hotel was amazing! It is beautiful and clean. Such a wonderful view. My only negative was the massage rooms are right next to the indoor pool so it was a bit hard to relax with children screaming/crying and toilets flushing. (Not blaming the children, just the location of the rooms could be better situated somewhere else)"

"We had an amazing stay at the NINE DOTS and would highly recommend it to prospective travellers to Points Delgada. Location is central and the room and amenities are amazing! The free breakfast was absolutely incredible - not your typical continental breakfast. And the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a truly relaxing experience - from booking our excursions, to arranging our airport shuttle, to accommodating a late checkout, the folks at NINE DOTS truly made it a wonderful experience. If I had more than two thumbs, I will give them all the thumbs up!"

"The breakfast was excellent but could be a little more varied as we stayed 4 nights. Staff was helpful and welcoming. They took you to your room and showed you how everything worked. Had a night service leaving you a chocolate. Also had great housecoats. A surprise was a sparkling wine and mini cake left in our room for my birthday."
