“The staff were very helpful and communication was excellent. Very helpful. Breakfast was served to our cabin which was a nice touch. Once you are in the resort it is so calm and beautidul. I would recommentd this place ”

“The AC was great. The only thing was I didn’t get instructions on how to turn on the hot water. I couldn’t reach the controls and didn’t know there was a stool. I asked afterwards and they came up and turned the switch on and made sure it was working. Thank you for getting us our taxi to the airport. ”

“Itself a small apartment siited for purpose. Close to main square. Friendly accomodating team. If I'm back in Iquitos this will be my choice”

“We had dead mosquitoes in the bed sheets. However, the receptionist was always friendly and helpful. Also, the water isn’t clean, it’s slightly brown. But this is because Iquitos is in the Amazon jungle.”

“We arrived on an early flight, and got to the hotel at 6 AM. We were very tired. They gave us an early check-in in: no extra cost, and no questions asked! When you've been traveling intentionally for two days, this is a huge bonus.”

“Bad experience at check in but hotel is beautiful. Room views and service is top notch! Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge. At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $. Next morning I checked expedia again……

“Great place. Centrally located. The staff was wonderful. We got there very early and they went ahead and put us into a room. Front desk staff was very accommodating and very helpful in our trip. I have stayed in Iquitos twice this year. If I go back, I will definitely go to this hotel.”

“The breakfast was just okay. The pool was closed for maintenance, though no one was working on it. The front-desk staff were very nice. Nonetheless, overall, the Victoria Regia is a nicer hotel. ”
