“The staff there are very welcome and friendly, I need to make the Covid test for the next travel, the lady was very pleased to help me to make appointment. The lamps on the desk was broken, and the lady also help me to exchange a new one immediately. The room are quite good, internet is fast.The bed is very comfortable. The parking is in the basement of the hotel, but it’s the elevator’s function. It will take time to enter and leave, not so convenient. The refrigerator is not ready working and……

“旅館稍偏離熱鬧市中心，但安靜交通都方便。旅館各項服務包括餐飲，前臺大廳，房間打掃清潔，有四顆星的等級，達不到五星的品質。 我們的住宿感受沒有特別喜歡，就一般般。”

“住宿四天的私人房，乾淨且空間寬敞，房間外的公共區域包含廚房也都可以使用，而且都有人整理。走路5分鐘左右就有電車站，轉乘其他交通工具到主要景點都很方便。退房後還可以免費寄存行李。”

“，這次是第二次住Bo18,櫃檯人員一樣熱心有禮，房間乾淨，早餐好吃，飯店位置離路面電車站步行5分鐘可到，超市也是步行5分鐘距離，唯一希望飯店改進的是床頭櫃太矮，實在不方便放東西和拿取，還有USB充電盤有些插座已損壞需ㄧ更換了，除了以上2點，其他都太棒了”
