“We loved everything about this place! Used all the pools. Rented jet skis & pontoon boat. Great food trucks all around the property. Had Walmart delivery for everything we needed. Utilized picnic areas & grills next to sand volleyball & basketball. Great DJ by the Oasis pool on Saturday night. Couldn’t have been any better! Took free shuttle to & from Silver Dollar City. Thank you so much”

“The room was beautiful and super clean. The king size bed was super comfortable and an actual comforter. The property was beautiful and we had a blast playing in the game room and the other games by the pond. We will definitely stay here again”

“This is a beautiful hotel but the staff is what made this place so great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful! The staff at the front desk did everything they could to help us get the most out of our trip to the area! They even helped us to get reservations to a place we were trying to get into. Absolutely amazing staff! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area! My husband and I will definitely stay there again!”

“The hotel was represented as being super nice and fancy with plenty of parking. It was none of those things. The bathtub had been refinished and the finish was peeling off, the room was quite small and an iron burn on the carpet. Parking was difficult as they share their parking with another business. The staff was mostly nice...but when I came down to buy some items I was told to handle it myself with the kiosk. The pool was decent and the bar staff was very nice. 43$ for 3 drinks was pretty……

“Everything was clean and perfect”

“My family and I like to eat at local buffets of all cuisines. And I have witnessed the rest rooms of many restaurants. As many people go through the Grand Country Restaurant this facility has the cleanest rest rooms and great dining fare. In addition the bedrooms and bathrooms in their facilities are exceptionally clean. I am retired Sanitation Manager of Fortune 500 Food Manufacturing Company so I notice how employees handle foods, how facilities supervisors and employees manage cleanliness……

“Good location for the things that we were in the area to do.”

“We had a simple maintenance issue with a toilet from the moment we walked in. For 3 days I called and requested a repair. Simply replacing the components inside the tank especially the flapper would have easily fixed the problem. If you can’t figure it out in 3 attempts just replace the entire toilet and remedy the problem. But NO, I had to be the official toilet flusher. For our entire stay the lid stayed off the toilet, I had to add additional water to the tank for each flush and manually……

“We were supposed to get a credit for one of our two nights that we stayed there because our first room was so filthy. The people at the front desk were very friendly and moved us to another room the second night, but we never received a credit for the first night. I don’t believe we will return. Jeff Hendricks”
