"This place is in an excellent location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any request. The place was very clean and well maintained. The entrance is in a residential alley and is very quiet at night.

This was our first time in Hanoi, and will stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature again. The breakfast had an amazing selection and great views of the city. If you have time, book the onsen experience! It was also an easy pick up spot if you plan to do day trips (Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay)."

It was close enough to the old quarter to be walkable, but far enough that you aren’t woken up by honking taxis or other street noise in the middle of the night (though it starts promptly at 7AM!)
