"I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. "

"The night time front desk lady was very rude throughout the duration of my stay- she was bossy , never smiled and seemed like she was doing me a favor if I asked her for something... she should NOT be in hospitality. And it was very noisy!!! I got woken up several times by staff members talking loudly in Vietnamese outside of my room. One of the cleaners walked into my room without nocking first. "

"The location is superb - right in the middle of the old quarter with all its charm. Walk to everything. Rooftop bar and pool was superb offering amazing skyline views. The spa waa excellent with high quality massage. The breakfast was also very good. The best part was the staff - so caring and attentive. It mase our stay very special. "
