"The hotel was very centrally located . Near many attractions and dining options . I found the staff extremely helpful especially the day and evening managers . The staff helped us when our tours were changed at the last minute . The rooms were spacious and clean . I will stay here again next time I am in Vietnam . "

"Really enjoyed my stay. Staff stayed in contact with us before arrival via WhatsApp. They took all our needs into consideration, including dietary needs. Especially Mia and the reception staff, very very caring. They would ask us if we needed help, offer us free cold lemonade after our travels back to the hotel. Felt like home away from home. Location was also amazing, was close to shopping and restaurants!
