“We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. They are also spotlessly clean with all amenities. The resort makes you feel like you are in nature with lots of greenery and a pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast was huge and cooked to order. The fruit……

“Absolutely amazing stay. The views, service, location and stay was the best we had in koh samui. Was very helpful with all our requests, pick up and even after our stay helped us with recommendations. We ended up spending more time in the accommodation than going out as it was so lovely!
Would highly recommend a stay and will be back next time for sure!”

“The staff members of the property are excellent. They are very helpful and attentive to our needs. My family agrees that they deserve the best comment here.
The property is running a little dated, some furniture are not in perfect condition, but they are all functional. The pool is perfect, the live-in staff cleans the pool everyday and they even tell you when they have put in chlorine. Thumbs up!
We asked the staff/chef to cook dinner for us (4 nights out of 5), the food are superb and no……

“Only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable and excellent value for money.... A perfect place to stay if you need to be at the airport early (like I did) and are just wanting a bed for the night.
Close to everything you need.... Bars, shops, restaurants, 7/11, etc etc.
The girl who runs the place was an absolute saviour when the taxi that I booked to take me to the airport failed to show up.... She very generously offered to take me in her car.... Can't thank her enough. 🙏 I'd stay……

"It was not so good for the first day of our stay where we had to wait for a long time for the coffee. We arrived the restaurant at 10am which was half hour before the end of the breakfast time, but no refills were arranged for some of the food. For the noodles that I ordered, it never serves by the waiter…. It was quite disappointing about the overall arrangement. The catering staff did apologise the next day when we were there at 9 something. I do think the restaurant has to make sure the service and food would not be affected even customers arriving late, say 10 plus."
