Great Cabin on East Side of Glacier

This sweet little A frame is bigger than it looks. Ken and Gena are so hospitable and they’re full of great hiking recommendations. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Located on the East side, it’s much less crowded than the west side which is rather refreshing! It’s just 20 minutes to the St Mary Entrance! We would absolutely stay here again!

Top of the line accomodations

Ken and Gena have made his little A-frame your home away from home. Check in is easy, extremely clean, nicely decorated, stocked with everything you need including robe and slippers. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Perfect for East Side Glacier

Perfect for two after hiking in the park and easy access to east side entrances. Great retreat with comforts of home. Appreciated owner’s knowledge and even brought my fiancé ice packs/heat pack for aching knees!

Hiker’s Retreat!

This is a perfect location and a perfect rental. Ken and Gena were amazing and made us feel like family. The cabin is perfect and they have thought of everything. We would definitely return sometime and bring our kids too!

Amazing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the little cabin. Very clean and all the amenities you need. They thought of everything. Enjoyed the to go coffee cups for our early morning hikes. Bed was very comfortable!!! Property owners were super sweet and very helpful.

Welcoming Host + Peaceful Stay

We stayed for 4 nights in Babb and wished we had more time on this side of Glacier NP. We split our time between West and East Glacier and didn’t want to leave. Ken and his wife were gracious hosts and gave us a wealth of advice/tips of what to do. We were so appreciative of their home and would love to come back to visit. Highly recommend!

Great stay

By far this was one of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything you could imagine, my favorite items were the comfy robe and slippers! Ken and Gina live behind the cabin on the property and are there with helpful advice such as good hiking trails and places to eat. When the lights started flickering because of the approaching storm Gina came over with candles. It’s conveniently located near the Many Glacier entrance and St Mary’s. We stayed there 5 nights and really enjoyed it

A Frame

The A frame met our needs - we were gone most of the time at GNP or Waterton. Ken was quick to communicate and provide helpful insights. Neighborhood was quiet.

Cozy and welcoming

Had a great trip to Glacier National Park, and one of the best things about it was this space and hosts. Ken and Gena were a delight, easy to talk with and warm, welcoming people. The space itself was well set up and decorated appropriately. They had everything we needed; just needed to bring ourselves, our clothes/gear, and groceries. Hiking Glacier with our daughter

This place was the perfect hikers cabin. Great location close to both St. Mary's and Many Glacier entrances to the park which have the best hikes....just make sure you have your daily car permit reserved in advance. The cabin was wonderfully cozy to return to after a full day of hiking. The hosts were helpful and attentive. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked with lots of extra thoughtful items (like spices and butter should you forget to bring). Hope to be back again!

Fantastic!

I absolutely loved the location of this getaway! It was cute, quiet, and very scenic! The accommodations were as described. Ken and Gena were friendly and helpful. Everything you could need was provided. We had a very cold night and they brought an extra space heater in case we got cold. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfection in every way!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The cabin is exactly as described and pictured in the listing and Ken is a wealth of knowledge about the area. However, the real reason you come here is the location and it doesn’t get much better than this spot. Close to Many Glacier, St. Mary and even Waterton if you bring your passport. Also not far from Two Medicine which is also beautiful and less crowded.My only negative is the water pressure is a little weak but not enough to keep me from re-booking next time I’m in the area.

Gorgeous Getaway

Our overall experience was superlative. Ken and Gena were the best hosts we have ever had and that includes a number of VRBOs. They exceeded our expectations by recommending hiking and biking trails based on our level of ability. We were awestruck by the views. Hidden gems. The A frame had all the amenities we required including the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. Truly an amazing experience equaled by Glacier NP itself. We would highly recommend Ken and Gena’s A frame if your travel plans take you to the East Glacier/Many Glacier entrance.

Fantastic Experience

This adorable A-Frame had everything we needed and was truly a hiker's retreat and dream. We were able to explore the park during the day and come home to a hot shower, comfortable beds, and the ability to make our own food. The whole place was clean and fresh, storage was generous, and we had everything we needed from bug spray to bear spray to extra blankets to basic kitchen spices and utensils. Ken & Gena gave us great tips for hikes and things to do, and the location is perfect -- it was 20 minutes to the St Mary's entrance, and about 30 minutes to the Many Glacier area, and less than an hour to the Canadian border! It was a dream vacation and a huge part of that was this cozy A-Frame!

Perfect Base Camp

This property had everything we needed for our trips into Many Glacier and St. Mary areas. We spent most of our time out hiking and exploring the park, and it was nice to come back to that comfy king sized bed. We met with the property owners (who were very friendly), and they gave us a quick tour with some tips and ideas for the area. They also gave us a heads up that due to the water table being low the water pressure was a bit low. I was worried about the shower, but it wasn't as bad I thought it might be. They also had trekking poles and bear spray for us to borrow if we needed it. Overall, it was a 5 star experience, and we would highly recommend!
