“Excellent no minuses, will be staying again”

“Check in was quite late (5pm) so we paid for an early one, and check out was very early (9am) so we paid for a late one (10am) I think 3am check in and 10am check out is quite the norm, so the times should be changed and not an extra payment incurred.Clean lodge, clean hot tub lovely bedding, nice to have a few bits and bobs in the lodge on arrival, like dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets, along with tea towel and washing up liquid. Cupboard's full of all the utensil's you need and……

“It was so lovely and relaxing only there from Friday to Monday but was so nice and my dog really enjoyed her freedom all lovely and clean and the hot tub all nice and clean and right ‬ will definitely go again thank you so much x”

“Plenty of room and nice that each room had its own en suite. Unfortunately the shower in the main bathroom did not work so then had to use another one. There were a few lights not working - outside lights did not come on and a light in the hot tub did not work either. The hot tub did not maintain temperature like I have known in the past, got cold quite quickly but it may have been down to being cooler outside, but other hot tubs I have been in the temperature remains hot throughout. Still……
