A nice common area on the first floor, with tea and cookies available most times. There are no lifts in the building, so you will be carrying your suitcase up and down the staircases. 「AC stopped working in my room the first night. It got very warm. Only one pillow and a single duvet were provided despite having booked a double bed (I was a single traveler). The pillow stank of mould. New room the next day was better and they provided two pillows but again one stank. Girl at the front desk in the evening was nice.
