We had a great time here. We enjoyed the wonderful, made-to-order breakfast each morning with great views. We took the kayaks out on the water. The pool was cool and refreshing. Our room had great a/c and a comfortable bed.

Leider war das Hotel Zimmer nicht in einem sehr guten Zustand. In der Dusche spritzte das Wasser in alle Richtungen. Die Lage war hingegen sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

The hotel is remote, down a 2km dirt track road. This adds to the relaxation and "switch off" feeling. The property is right on the lagoon, so it is very beautiful and nice to be so close to the water. The kayaks are free to use. However, the hotel has only 1 restaurant and the menu is rather limited. Service was rather slow considering the place never had more than 4 tables for dinner service. Given that there are no other places to eat nearby and no hotel entertainment, evenings can feel a little slow. Our room was large and spacious with a large balcony. At times there was a bad smell coming from the sink, but other than that no complaints. I think this hotel is suited for maybe 2 nights, but we stayed for 4, which in hindsight felt too long.

La habitación es muy amplia y la cama es muy cómoda, el desayuno que sirven es excelente, los alimentos de excelente calidad y su cantidad es muy basta. A mi parecer, tienen la mejor vista a la laguna, sus zonas de descanso son muy confortables. El personal es de lo más amable, todos dispuestos a ayudar y saludan en todo momento, nos apoyaron con sugerencias para aprovechar mejor nuestra estancia. El kayak y chalecos están disponibles para todos los huéspedes! Muchas gracias por todo!

El hotel esta muy bonito, el personal es muy agradable atento y amable, la vista es espectacular y los cuartos son acogedores realmente te aíslan y te sientes descansado tras pasar la noche, la comida es rica, quizá mas opciones en el menú de desayunos o un buffet serían buenas opciones, tienen actividades extra en el hotel, y la vista desde el muelle es preciosa, quizá solo como recomendación sería mejorar el acceso ya que el camino que es de terracería esta algo feo, como recomendación si te hospedas aquí es alquilar un vehículo para poderte mover cómodo, en general me volvería a hospedar aquí sin dudarlo!

When we first arrived, the staff didn’t greet us at all and rather just read us a large list of rules to follow during our stay which they constantly broke on their own. Our calls and messages were never answered. Some staff was also selling alcohol to a loud, already very drunk man at around midnight though one of the rules stated that we could not make noise after 10pm. The towels provided in our room were dirty. They would take our towels for cleaning and never return them either. I would definitely advise that you do not stay here.

The room I reserved was very spacious and roomy. Are room was cleaned every day by the maids. It was left spotless for us plus enough towels and beach towels we had for every day use. The staff were amazing. They were very nice and attentive to all of us. We were a total of 5 guest. But the view of this boutique was breath taking.

Las cabañas son muy comodas y amplias; El area del muelle es perfecto para descansar, nos prestaron kayacs para poder ver el amanecer, el servicio del perdonal exelente y la comida del restaurante muy rica. Recomiendo el lugar para pasar unos dias de descanso ya que se encuentra alejado del centro y de la mayoria de las actividades de bacalar, es preferible rentar un carro para llegar al hotel. A excepción de la lejania el lugar nos parecio hermoso y perfecto para desconectarse.
