The home and grounds are lovely, and there is no detail Nathalie has left to chance. Our apartment was immaculate and beautifully appointed, the beds were so comfy, and we were served a custom ordered breakfast the next morning in the gorgeous dining room overlooking the garden. "In general the experience is good. The room is big enough, The only down side was the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The guy at the bar which is also the receptionist was extremely rude. We told him we booked a table. His reply was ‘so?’. We then told him we were early. His reply was ‘so?’. Not sure it’s the right attitude working at the restaurant. Otherwise the rest is fine."
