「酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。」

「对于滑雪爱好者来说酒店位置很好，可以skiin&skiout，旁边的雪道不错，周围雪具租借、滑雪学校、餐厅都有，就是价格较贵。酒店硬件有些旧了，订的四人住的房间里面是一张大床和一个沙发可拉开的沙发床。沙发床舒适度一般，无法让滑雪后的人好好睡个好觉恢复体力。而且房间内的空调、厨房水、浴室热水等设备过段时间就会启动操作一段时间，操作时声音很响，而且轮番启动，睡觉时真的很吵。房间隔音不好，感觉楼上的住客又经常穿着雪鞋在房间里不断的溜达，不胜其烦。酒店的服务没怎么感受到，housekeeping早晨8点多就来敲门要打扫房间，跟服务员说大概30分钟后可以打扫，结果一天活动结束回来后发现房间竟然跟离开时一样，无奈」

「Conveniently situated on a peaceful road with easy access to the freeway. At walkable distance to cafes and restaurants. This tranquil place has wide-open parking on two sides and a stream right behind the property, with water flowing down from the hills. The rooms are clean, and the front desk personnel are friendly. I enjoyed my continental breakfast on the patio table while watching the sunrise over the green hills. It was a wonderful experience!」

「Very spacious 1500 sqft 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the top floor with a vaulted ceiling. North Star is super quiet in early June and there was barely anyone walking about. Many of the shops/restaurants are closed so the "vibe" is kind of dead. But to visit the lake and relax, this was a perfect time to visit. Only 1 elevator for the building would be frustrating in busy times. Parking lot beneath the building. Small gym hot tub on 2nd floor. Close to the ski lift. Nice deep bath tub in one...
