"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful.
However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention:
- the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor
- the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed
- the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush
We took care of those issues...

"Our first time in Breckenridge and it did not disappoint! The lodge was beautiful and well kept, everyone was very nice! Absolutely loved that the lodge had a shuttle to town a the mountains! It was super easy to navigate and constantly running. Would definitely recommend!"

"A great hotel for a ski vacation or a summer hiking vacation. Biggest complain is that parking is very linited during the peak seasons and hotel parking is $50.00 a day. Other than that, a great hotel in a prime location. Will definitely come back!"

"Room was very clean but what stood out the most was the HR Director (Monica) and the security guy (Austin). They both were so friendly and outgoing this whole 6 days that it made our first time experience so much more pleasurable. With their friendliness and professionalism we will definitely be back! "

"Beautiful hotel in a stunning part of Breckenridge. The breakfast was the best free one we’ve ever had in the US.
Only suggestion I could make is to leave norms in the rooms as despite our best efforts kicking snow off our boots the floors got gritty very quickly. Would have loved to just sweep myself."
