Location & Surroundings:

The apartment is located directly at the access road to the lake and the exit to the main road – a convenient starting point for excursions in the region. You benefit from the immediate proximity to the water, even though there is no lake view. Enjoy comfortable living in a central location with short distances to the lake, tennis court, sports field, town center, and nature.

Our house is located near a lake, which you can reach within a few minutes on foot. In summer, the lake invites you to swim and sunbathe; in winter, you can access the groomed cross-country skiing and skating trail directly at the lake. The Franziska spa is located directly opposite. In summer, you can enjoy your time on our terrace. A bicycle storage room is available to you free of charge. The tennis court is about a 10-minute walk away. If you arrive by train, we are happy to pick you up at the Saulgrub station. Two shared parking spaces are available at the house. Events are not permitted.
