Bij Belvilla geboekt, je krijgt daarna een factuur via de mail van de Roompot ... huh Roompot ... voor de toeristenbelasting en borg, het park is van de Roompot. Ik wilde nog het bedlinnen aanpassen ... wie bel ik dan. In de app van de Roompot is mijn boeking niet te vinden. Toch de Roompot gebeld ... u moet bij Belvilla zijn, maar gelukkig werd ik bij de Roompot toch geholpen. Eenmaal bij het park aangekomen staan de vlaggen en bord van Landal ... ehhh ... Landal??? Roompot en Landal zijn blijkbaar samen gegaan. Aan het eind van ons verblijf moesten we ons afmelden via de app. Maar welke app ... die van Belvilla, Roompot of Landal. Bij het servicepoint maar even afgemeld. Ik snap dat jullie de verhuur van de huisjes op meerdere plekken wilt hebben staan, alleen is het is voor de klant erg onduidelijk. PS de pincode op de deuren was erg handig!

Wir haben eine Villa für 8 Personen gemietet. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir schockiert, weil das Haus dermaßen verdreckt war. Wir sind sofort zurück zur Rezeption, wo man uns eine sofortige Reinigung zugesichert hat. Allerdings war es so dreckig, dass wir auf ein neues Haus bestanden haben, was tatsächlich zügig umgesetzt wurde. Das Ersatzhaus war zwar auch nicht grundrein, aber in Ordnung. Wir hatten noch eigene Putzmittel dabei.

Freundliches Personal Allerdings 1 Komplettpaket und 1 mit Schmutzflecken. Keine Handtücher, aber reserviert. Außenbeleuchtung funktionierte nicht an der Vorder- und Rückseite des Hauses. 1 Badezimmer noch Gummibänder und Zahnpasta-Mütze auf dem Boden. Kaffeemaschine und kann so nicht zusammen kalten Kaffee hören. Weiterhin großzügig gestaltet, gute Betten, gerade genug Geschirr, also häufiger Spülmaschine.
