「Der Vermieter Ralph ist sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gibt viele tipps was man unternehmen kann oder auch gute lokale um zu essen. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Liegt nahe chemnitz und 25 minuten zum sachenring dss war ja unser Anliegen 」

「Gute Erreichbarkeit mit mehren Strassenbahnlinien, u a die 16 zu Messe und z Hauptbahnhof. Perfekte Organisation, zumindest für solche, die nicht unbedingt einen persönlichen Kontakt brauchen. Für den Schlüssel-Code beim Eingangstor benötigte ich nachts eine Lampe ( Handy), um richtig zu tippen. Nachbarhaus wird gerade renoviert, aber keinerlei störenden Lärm oder Schmutz. Das Appartement tadellose renoviert mit kleinen, liebevollen Details. Ein gemütliches Café oder Restaurant in der Nähe habe...
