Erholsame Tage

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es ist nicht weit bis zum Seeufer. Auch für Fahrradtouren in die Umgebung ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung vorteilhaft. Die Therme ist von dort aus auch bequem mit einem kleinen Spaziergang zu erreichen.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Schnell am See, schnell im Ort, guter Ausgangspunkt für Radwanderungen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Im Nachgang sehr enttäuschend

Prinzipiell haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Vorne weg. Die Unterkunft war soweit sauber und die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung Schwan verfügt über keine Klimaanlage (!) und das WLAN funktionierte über die gesamte Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes nicht. Richtig enttäuschend wurde es jedoch erst nach unserer Abreise. Wegen angeblich nicht mehr auffindbaren Inventar und einen erheblichen Mehraufwand bei der Endreinigung wurde uns die Aufforderung zur Nachzahlung geschickt. Die Bereitschaft uns über die Entwendeten Gegenstände und den Mehraufwand aufzuklären war zu keiner Zeit erkennbar, obwohl wir dies wirklich gerne wüssten! Wir haben nichts entwendet und bis auf 2 Töpfe von Mittagessen am Abreisetag haben wir die Wohnung im einwandfreien Zustand verlassen. Nach einer sachlichen aber bestimmen Email unsererseits, das wir nicht bereit sind die Nachforderung zu zahlen, hat die Eigentümerin Abstand von ihrer Forderung genommen und uns Hausverbot erteilt. So sollte man nicht mit Kunden umgehen. Absolut enttäuschend und aufgrund dessen definitiv nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Haus zwischen Wald und See

Große abgetrenntes Grundstück was für Kinder optimal ist. Vermieter waren sehr nett.
