"In 11 days room cleaning was only done once . Staff roode and not helping at all. Always playing with there's phones . I requested room cleaning after 5 days but not been done till day 9. Will not reccomend to anyone to stay in this hotel."

"The staff were excellent. I don’t speak German and their English was very good. It’s a lovely hotel in a lovely town. However, next time I would book a double room because the single was very small (like Japanese small). And only had one plug socket which was nowhere near the desk. "

"Hotel Gruener Sand was a very nice place, very clean room, courteous staff, helpful for someone like me that speaks very little German. Dinners were delicious in the little pub, and breakfast was also delicious. Very personalized care, and the only thing that I would recommend for the room(s)m, would be a little apartment size refrigerator. We had some juice drinks that needed refrigeration. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality"

"Eine schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Kurpark und Vitasol sind nah, leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da wir leider im Parallelparken nicht geübt sind, fanden wir das Parken auf der Straße etwas stressig. Sonst war alles da, das wir brauchten. "
