Ich musste feststellen, dass meine Buchung um 150 € zu teuer war. Wenn ich beim Hotel direkt gebucht hätte, wäre die Halbpension im gleichen Preis beinhaltet gewesen. Bei Expedia werde ich nie mehr buchen, bitte streichen Sie mich aus Ihrer Kundenliste. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Walter Kellerer

Schön, aber könnte abgerundet werden.

Das Hotel sieht von außen nicht sehr einladend aus, aber ist innen schön und neuwertig gestaltet. Für ein SPA-Hotel erwarte ich eigentlich, das Bademantel und Schlappen im Zimmer sind. Der Bademantel konnte jedoch für eine Leihgebühr von 8€ an der Rezeption geholt werden. Pappschlappen gab es nicht.

Wir lieben das salzige und warme Wasser in allen Becken. Im Saunabereich war es trotz der Wochenendbesucher sehr entspannt. Sehr gut ist der Bademantelgang vom Hotelzimmer in die Badelandschaft.

Wir wollten einen entspannten Tag in der Toskana Therme verbringen, ohne uns Gedanken über den nächsten Zuganschluss machen zu müssen. Da Hotel und Therme über einen Gang miteinander verbunden sind, war dies die perfekte Lösung für uns. Das Zimmer war schön und funktionell. Sehr entschleunigend war am nächsten Morgen die Möglichkeit, bis 11 Uhr zu frühstücken. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Insgesamt hat uns alles gut gefallen, Das offene Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und sollte eventuell besser beschrieben werden. Etwas zu bemängeln war das freie WLAN da es wirklich nicht gut funktionierte und dass das Zimmer nicht klimatisiert ist und es wirklich durchgängig sehr warm war.

Während Corona viel besser organisiert

Ich war beruflich auch während Corona öfters hier und es hat immer Alles reibungsfrei geklappt. Dieses mal lief leider Alles schief, das Personal scheint nicht eingespielt und überfordert zu sein, Preis-Leistung stimmt so derzeit leider nicht.

Angenehmes Hotel mit Schwächen

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, da ich mit meiner schon älteren Mutter in die Therme wollte und diese hier im Haus war. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Der Service war in Ordnung, das Essen am Abend spitze. Frühstück war okay. Durch die vielen Gäste kam es zu längeren Wartezeiten. Es war im gesamten Haus Mund - und Nasenschutz - Pflicht. Leider wurde es vom Personal ignoriert, dass einige Gäste ohne diesen in der Gaststätte rum liefen und sich am Büfett bedienten. Die Zimmer waren für den Preis nicht okay. Das Gute, sehr bequeme Betten, aber die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Bad verrostete Duschtüren, der Kasten über dem Spiegel total verdreckt. Auch auf dem Balkon und im Zimmer sehr schmutzige Fensterbretter und auf dem Balkon Spinnweben. Im Restaurant neben der Theke war die Tür zum Lager, diese war auch total kaputt und verschmutzt. In der Therme haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Sehr gut, dass man vom Zimmer aus im Bademantel ins Bad kann.
