“I had a really excellent stay here and one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and clearly part of a recent refurbishment. Everything felt fresh, well decorated, and well looked after.
What stood out even more than the room was the customer service. Laura was exceptional. She genuinely couldn’t do enough to help and made the welcome feel personal rather than the usual transactional check-in you get at most hotels.

“Superb breakfast menu, excellent chef and warm welcome. Room was warm and bathroom was clean. Everything spoke of excellence. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will return. Housekeeping do an excellent job too.”
