“Flawless and beautiful, the staff Sheina, yin in the spa, thank you, the facilities, surroundings, the hotel. The ambience, the staff……food needs a major overhaul, major, for a high end hotel it is a failing grade when it comes to the food, everything cold, the cappuccino is nespresso, so ask for the manual way, but there is absolutely nothing to complain about. It’s a perfect hotel, gorgeous area, peaceful absolutely, would I return, I extended extra day, never wanted to leave, the address……

“Camera nuovissima, panoramica e molto spaziosa Piscina bellissima con acqua fresca e molto pulitia Servizio di acqua fresca incluso nel prezzo molto apprezzato teli mare a disposizione per piscina e spiaggia spiaggia un po' spoglia e semplice rispetto a quella degli alberghi vicini che hanno piante e verde”

“Very bad from all aspects. Noisy pathways from early morning until breakfast time will finish . Parking is very bad. Dirty pathways from guests who are coming from swimming pool and beach. Wet floors from 10 am until sunset. Not recommended at all”

“The pool is advertised as an adults pool but is full of kids. The hotel feels more like a holiday club than a luxury resort.”

“At check-in, they kept us waiting 30 minutes to inspect the room, even though we arrived around 8PM! When we got to the room, there was no towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and the water hose was ripped! They brought us towels at 11:00 pm, when we were already in bed. Also, the water heater was off, and we ended up realizing we had to turn it on ourselves after having a cold shower!!! The only positive was that the room was clean! ”
