"Excellent stay. Our room was very comfortable and quiet in a good location. Many shops and restaurants close by and a quick inexpensive taxi ride to both bus terminals. Local bus stop to the national park was only a 2-3 min walk away. We included the breakfast in our rate and it was very good. Lots of choice and abundant. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you "

However, the long wait time during check-in was an issue, and when I booked through Hotels.com with a breakfast-included package, the handling of leftover breakfast coupons was inadequate.
