Perfect trip for the whole family!

My husband and I travelled to Guadeloupe with 2 small children and three grandparents. The villa and bungalow were perfect. The pool was a dream. Waking up each morning to a view of the ocean was stunning. We loved the proximity to the beach. It’s very helpful to rent a car if you want to travel to neighboring St. Anne or anywhere else. We were mostly content staying at home and swimming in the pool. Claudine was so helpful. Our arrival flight was delayed causing us to get to the house at 4am. She was there with a smile to meet us! We very much hope to return!

A wonderful villa in a wonderful location

Really the perfect spot for a family or group of friends. The villa is in a gated area. You can park your car right next to the villa within the gated area. There is a delightful view from the living area which opens upon the great lap pool (which has Jacuzzi jets on one side) and overlooks the ocean. Better than the pictures :) A path to beaches lies about 500 feet from the house. On one side it is a three minute walk to a local beach, and in the other direction, a lovely walk past some grazing cows to the beach in St.Anne. In the evening, the pool and property (which has lovely flowers) is lit beautifully. The property is completely private. The villa has been decorated tastefully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm! All the bedrooms are lovely and air conditioned. The villa is located between St. Anne and St. Francois which is very convenient. Our family had a great time! Thanks so much for the use of your lovely home!

Très belle Villa. Vue magnifique de la mer lors des repas à l’extérieur et merveilleux couchers de soleil. Attention par contre en avril il y avait des Sargasses à la plage. Avons trouvé de belles plages en faisant un peu de route ! Nous recommandons fortement ! Merci

Superbe villa, Magnifique vue sur l'océan

La villa est grande et comfortable. La vue de l'océan est superbe. Des petites douceurs nous attendait à notre arrivée et ce fut très apprécié (les baguettes étaient vraiment excellentes). Très proche de tous les services et attractions du coin. Après une première semaine en Basse-Terre, il a été difficile d'apprécier l'endroit. Il faisait une chaleur intense et entre midi et 16h, on ne pouvait plus utiliser la piscine puisqu'il n'y a pas d'ombre du tout et le contour de la piscine étant gris/noir, on s'y brûle les pieds. Le wifi et le réseau cellulaire ne se rendant pas à la petite villa dans le jardin, a rendu la fin de soirée un peu longue étant un oiseau de nuit ainsi que compliquant la communication avec la villa principale. Ce qui m'a le plus stressé, ce sont toutes les règles à suivre qu'on nous explique de long en large à l'arrivée. Je comprends que toutes les vérifications à faire avant de quitter la villa est important pour sécuriser l'endroit mais j'ai trouvé cela angoissant. Je crois qu'après notre séjour à la Villa du Jardin Botanique de Deshaies où on nous a tout simplement laisser les clés, expliquer quelques trucs et nous laisser libre accès à tout l'endroit (les jardins en tout temps) et où on nous a fait confiance, le contraste a été frappant. Ce stress, quand tu as une seule semaine de Vacances pour apprécier l'emplacement, c'était un peu trop pour moi surtout quand on considère le prix payé. Mais pour être beau, c'est VRAIMENT beau !

Un petit coin de paradis

Expérience Paradisiaque en Guadeloupe Ma récente escapade de deux semaines en Guadeloupe a été un véritable rêve devenu réalité, et cela grâce à la location de cette magnifique demeure. Située au cœur de ce paradis tropical, cette résidence a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par le gestionnaire de la propriété, qui a pris soin de rendre mon séjour le plus confortable possible. La demeure elle-même offrait une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale, avec des espaces bien aménagés pour des regroupements sociaux inoubliables. Les chambres à coucher étaient judicieusement distribuées pour assurer de petits oasis de tranquillité, tout en préservant des espaces communs invitant à des vacances tropicales relaxantes. Ce qui m'a particulièrement impressionné, c'est la vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis la terrasse. Chaque matin, le spectacle envoûtant du lever du soleil et le doux bruit des vagues ont éveillé mes sens, ajoutant une dimension supplémentaire à cette expérience paradisiaque. De plus, la rapidité d'action et l'efficacité des gestionnaires de la propriété lors de nos besoins ou interventions durant le séjour étaient remarquables. À chaque occasion, ils ont répondu avec diligence et professionnalisme, assurant ainsi une expérience sans souci et des vacances parfaitement fluides. Les journées étaient remplies d'aventures, que ce soit à explorer les plages de sable fin, à randonner dans la luxuriante forêt tropicale ou à plonger

Caution

C’est très belle villa et très bien située. Nous avons effectué le paiement complet avant notre arrivée via VRBO. Toutefois, une caution de 2000 euros par chèque nous a été demandée. Remettre un chèque au nom de l’aubergiste est très risqué et inquiétant. Ceci devrait se faire via la plateforme de VRBO par carte de crédit tout comme le paiement. Je n’ai pas apprécié cette méthode. Le chèque nous a été remis à notre départ.

We will be back!

We rented this property for a reunion between my American family and my fiancé's family from France. This house was perfect for all of us ranging from 30 - 70 years old with different needs and wants! We were close to markets, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, we were walking distance from multiple beaches, we even took surf lessons at one of them. Our local host was very helpful and great to be around. 5 out of 5, we will be back! :)

Cette villa est tout à fait conforme à son descriptif et parfaitement équipée pour des réunions de famille (nous étions 11) ou un groupe d'amis (5 couples). Si nous revenons en Guadeloupe, nous ne chercherons pas une autre adresse.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous venons de passer 15 jours formidables dans cette superbe maison . Tout le confort y est .Propreté espace, piscine géniale, clim et moustiquaires ( n'avons eu aucun moustiques!!!!!....). Alors n'hésitez pas une seconde et venez séjourner en famille ou entre amis dans cette magnifique maison. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très serviables. Bref un paradis... Nous y retournerons.....

Un petit coin de paradis !

Très jolie villa ! Nous avons aimé notre séjour et la villa et ses propriétaires Pascal et Nadine y ont largement contribué ! Idéalement placée entre Sainte Anne et Saint François, tout le confort est présent et nous nous sommes sentis "comme à la maison". Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Quel bonheur de se lever et de déjeuner face à Marie Galante, avec un paysage maritime changeant chaque jour ! On a même aperçu une baleine :-) ! Au plaisir de revenir ! Magalie, Stéphane, Stéphanie, Brian, Anne-Solenn, Nicolas et les enfants : Zadig, Léandre, Gabin et Maé (qui ont bien profité de la piscine !)

Villas de rêve au Paradis

La réalité dépasse de loin l'idée que l'on peut se faire d'après les photos. Les deux maisons sont extrêmement bien conçues, décorées avec goût, absolument tout est haut-de-gamme, de la literie exceptionnelle jusqu'à la temperature de la piscine, en passant par l'electromenager. 10 minutes à pied le long du littoral sauvage et protégé d'un côté, et vous êtes sur la plage de Pierre-et-Vacances, 10 minutes à pied dans l'autre sens, vous êtes sur la plage du Gros Sable, Spot de surf et de Bodybard bien connu de l'île, continuez 10 minutes plus loin et vous êtes sur la celèbre plage de Bois Jolan. Envie de snorkling? jetez-vous à l'eau depuis la toute petite plage juste devant la maison, les fonds, la faune et la flore sous-marine sont magnifiques. Enfin les hôtes sont à l'image de ce petit paradis, ils feront de votre séjour un souvenir inoubliable. Elena et Arnaud
