“Good quiet area, plenty of parking space, great AC, I had read a review about no hot water but I didn't have any problems, just that the tubes were mixed up. Where it is cold, hot water would come out. If you dont get hot water, just wait a couple of minutes and its boiling hot. My dog loved it. She didnt get anxious, she had areas to walk around.
