「The included breakfast portions were small. It was unique that we had to put in orders every evening for the following day but were not enough always. Nevertheless, our major issue was the shower. There was no tub but rather a shower. The shower curtain covered half way of it and therefore water was always splashing in the bathroom even when we had towers on the ground. They should at least made the curtain to go across the shower. Overall experience we'll give 4.5 stars for everything else...

「The amenities of the hotel were nice, and the view was amazing. Keep in mind, you’re staying on a beach and your room does not have a fridge nor cooler, and the ice was restricted (maybe due to the situation with the water in PR) that we had a cooler but they did not allow us to fill it because it had to specifically be the tiny bucket they provided. The room needed a complete renovation because it is a dump. Unless you stay in the renovated rooms which was not many, the rooms are nothing like...

「I booked a family room. I cancelled my stay the minute I got into the room. I couldn’t believe the extremely rusty chairs we were supposed to sit on. The only good thing about my one-hour visit was Cynthia, the manager, who didn’t hesitate to make a refund. She told me they were renovating the rooms and showed me a nice room afterwards. I want to think that I got the worst room. In consideration to her, I wont be posting pictures of the dreadful chairs.」
