Hay hoteles viejos pero nunca dejan de estar limpios. Este hotel tiene sus instalaciones muy descuidadas en la habitación suite con vista a Mar me gustaría saber cuál sería la visa ? Sería la suite con vista a la ventana sucia, muebles manchados, mal olor, humedad cada vez que entras a la habitación estaba más limpio los pasillos que en la habitación, deberían tener un sistema para controlar la humedad porque la verdad que huele muy mal. Recepcionista favor que sean más amables cada vez que llegaba les decíamos: buenos días - buenas noches y si tú que estás leyendo esto me saludas el de recepción menos wow que forma tan rara para estar de imagen en un hotel.

The pictures on the website are most misleading ,the view is of dirty buildings, the floor smells of water soaked dry carpet the door to the fridge was broken, the closet space was so small and the safe is battery operated but had no batteries, the bath keep flooding while you are showering We complained as soon as we reach and ask to speak to the manager ,the receptionist took my number for him to call me up to today no call. I would not recommend nor go back to this hotel ,i could not leave because it was booked in most hotels or to expensive to book another so my group and i decided to stay and make the most of it I complained more that once but nothing was done

This was a great centrally located hotel. Close to restaurants and only a 5 minute Lyft ride to Condado beach. I’d definitely stay here again. The fridge wasn’t working in our initial room and they gladly let us move into another. The rooftop terrace is a must see!!!

The room had a damp towel smell to it - had to turn on the AC to lessen the smell. Booked a double bed room - one of the beds were extremely close to the entrance to come in. It seemed as of they crammed the beds into the room. There was an insect in the tub. The room looks sooo much better online than in person. As the stay was only for one night, didn't bother to alert the staff. I will say that the shower gels (bath, conditioner, shampoo, hand soaps) smelled REALLLLLY good. And parking in the lot across the street was convenient. But all in all, don't necessarily think, I'd stay here again.

This hotel was in a great location. We arrived before check in and the he staff was courteous and suggested we wait in their waiting area. The room was big and spacious. There was a rooftop with a chilled vibe. There was no pool and it was really hot. The other thing was upon leaving at 6:30 am the housekeeping lady was attending the front desk and denied me a bottle of water. It made me frustrated because it was at arm length to purchase. She then went to her area and brought me one back. Ok stay!

Poditive:Room was great. Comfortably, big, good space distribution. Suites style. Have mini refrigerator and coffe machine. Work space. Bathroom nice, with good space. Is near my coordinates activities and near many tourist places and restaurants. Con: no parking from hotel. (But find free parking near.) In description of Expedia said have restaurant, but dint have. Tv control no function, (but TV have many cable channels) I will staying again for like this time, work or social activities in area.

The room was very comfortable, clean with a lote of space. The bathroom was very nice with a lote of space. The 5th floor was very quiet and the view was very nice. Will love to stay in this room again.
