The place is great. Really nice patio and rooftop with water views. May was great with communication the entire time. The location was not super clear but it is right up the hill from E C gas station. It’s definitely not A 5 minute walk, realistically 10-12 minutes which is not bad at all. As others have said the driveway is a very steep hill but still walkable and drivable. End of the day we had an amazing time and loved the unit.

Beautiful suite and view. while we only stayed one night, we were very pleased. the directions to get there need some improvement, but the host communicated well.

The place was very nice and clean. It had a very nice view from the roof top and the description of getting up to it was very accurate but the air conditioner that was in the room did not work very well and it was very warm in there. So as long as you don’t mind the room being very warm then you should be fine. even though there was a ceiling fan. Even if the windows would’ve been opened, only some of them had screens, and there was no possible way to have a cross breeze because the other side of the house didn’t have screens on them and the mosquitoes were pretty bad.

The studio was everything that was in the picture and it was awesome. You definitely need a 4x4 car to get up the driveway (which was on the description and it’s true). May was quick to respond if we needed something. It was a beautiful rooftop to watch the sunset or even for the rainbows we saw every morning. You can walk downtown but also taxis knew exactly where to pick you up or drop you off. (Just say the gas station) Other than loosing power on the island (thankful for the fan at night and able to open the windows for a breeze) the island is beautiful and we will definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful touches. Very comfortable, quick location from town, dedicated parking spot. Enjoyed our stay. The steep rough road up seems gnarly at first and then you get used to it with Jeep.

This property is much nicer and more spacious in person. May, the property manager always responded quickly to our questions and needs. Even brought by a blender within hours of our arrival so we could make our beloved Pain Killers! Loved our mornings on the patio and at night we'd star gaze on the roof top. Highly recommend this property!!!

The property is very nice, a large unit with a lot of amenities, great view from upper shared roof. Had a problem with the package Orbitz/MapQuest showing it 3-4 streets from Ferry drop off. I’ve used it for years on proper location. Switched to google after discussion with agent and unit is not to far from Downtown up and down a couple of hills also has a very steep driveway and tight turn around issues. 4 wheel drive is a must not a recommendation as noted on the property info at the very bottom of the listing.
