“We had a terrible stay at the Westin on St. John. Unfortunately, this luxury hotel gave away our room even after I had called to confirm that we would be one day late due to airplane issues and we understood that we may have to pay for that night. When we arrived on St. John and went to the desk, we were told that we had been a no-show and they gave away our room. Luckily there was one studio left, but we had paid for a two bedroom. We never received the difference in the price of the room. On……

“Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. ”

“Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

“It's ok. Convenient location, nice sized rooms. Be able to walk and climb many stairs to get to your room. Only 1 good option that is meh, staff is unresponsive, slow, and will just lie to make you go away and not deal with you on anything - even trivial things like getting a cab in the morning.”

“This hotel is absolutely stunning if you love nature and tropical vibes. Staff can escort you to and from your room to the hotel lobby, or to take a taxi. Everyone is super friendly I have no complaints! ”

“Clean room, attentive staff. The only thing i frowned upon was the breakfast food because everything, from the eggs to the bacon to the waffles tasted like fish. Perhaps the cooking oil used was previously used in cooking fish. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to stay. It’s also economically friendly. ”

“Don't plan on getting access to your room right away! We arrived 3 hrs. early and asked to check our bags as the room was not yet ready. We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in. The room itself was fine. The bar on site did not opened until 5:30 pm and the restaurant was less than desirable in atmosphere, quality of food and more. the best thing about this Hotel is that it is walking distance from the Charolotte Amilie Ferry. ……
