“Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

“Booked a week at Westin St. John thru Vacation Candy. It was super smooth and exactly as expected. The property is a great spot for a family location. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and it was a great unit. From the booking process all the way thru our stay, Vacation Candy kept us fully informed along the way. “Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. ”

“This little gem was even better than described. It’s a cozy complex of condos with beautiful gardens, a fountain, a pool, 2 very sweet, mellow dogs. There is a modern community kitchen with drinks and snacks offered for a minimal donation. There are 2 washers and driers on site. You can borrow snorkel and beach gear along with sunscreen and bug spray. The views of the ocean are beautiful from the upper levels and the pool deck! The steep hill leading to the parking lot gets your blood rushing……

“We had a terrible stay at the Westin on St. John. Unfortunately, this luxury hotel gave away our room even after I had called to confirm that we would be one day late due to airplane issues and we understood that we may have to pay for that night. When we arrived on St. John and went to the desk, we were told that we had been a no-show and they gave away our room. Luckily there was one studio left, but we had paid for a two bedroom. We never received the difference in the price of the room. On……
