"This is an awesome cottage! The perfect place to escape the bustle of normal life and immerse yourselves in nature. It’s completely secluded, but not that far off the beaten path, and the view is incredible - well worth the trip down the stairs. Amenities were great and we had everything we needed for a week’s getaway - especially appreciated the beach gear, fully equipped kitchen, and well functioning bathroom (decent water pressure). Highly recommended!"

"Our hosts were fantastic and made our week in St John idyllic. They were highly responsive to the few questions we had and gave us additional great tips for hikes and beaches! "Wonderful place to stay. The large pool area has some of the best views on the island. We were there in late January, and sunsets were directly across Great Cruz Bay as pictured in the VRBO photos. (In the summer, sunsets are likely further to the north.). The house itself is great. Two large bedrooms are in a second building just steps from the main building which has a kitchen, a dining area, a large living area and a loft bedroom. There is also a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and plenty of supplies like yoga mats, snorkel gear and beach chairs. We couldn't have been happier. The owners were in contact with us and were friendly and helpful. The people from the property management company were friendly and efficient. Everything went like clockwork. Everyone in our party agreed, if we come pack to St Johhs, we'll stay a Cloud Nine again."

"We had an amazing time at Eminence on High - the house is beautiful with priceless views! The kitchen is very well appointed with two gathering rooms and a wrap around porch to take in the beauty. Our group of 8 cooked in most nights and it was more beautiful and relaxing than any restaurant. Christine was very friendly and available if we needed anything. We highly recommend Eminence on High and would definitely plan another stay here! "

"The sunset view was epic. Spectacular outdoor spaces. Just what you want from a tropical getaway. Only a couple of miles to Cruz bay. You should rent a jeep to see the full island. The hosts are great. "

"We brought our extended family of 14 for a week long vacation (including 6 kids under 7yrs old) and we were very happy with everything about the houses.The main house and villa were clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a long vacation. We had plenty of space for everyone and didnt even use all the bedrooms. The location is on the quieter side of the island (Fish Bay) which was nice for us. The pool was nice to relax on days we weren't running around and the views were amazing. All the restuarants and shopping in Cruz Bay is only 10 minutes away too. Quick responses from the owner and management company when anything was needed too. "

"Mandevilla is great!! Beautiful home and views over coral bay, five minutes to the beaches, and a quick drive into either town. Have stayed here twice and will again for sure."
