"The second day the electricity was out the entire day. From 11:30 until 1 or 2 in the morning. We had to insist on showering in another room and they acted inconvenienced. The third day there was no hot water the entire day or night. They knew this would happen but didn’t advise us. We had to insist on moving again, and they acted inconvenienced. I would absolutely not stay here again - not worth the high expense. A hassle. "

"As a first time solo traveler, I loved that everything was right on the resort! The staff was amazing all the time! There were also several dining options. The only thing I would say is that, for me, the water in the shower wasn't hot enough, but I like mine steaming. I booked the land tour which was awesome! I would absolutely visit again!"
