「Our stay at the British Colonial was extremely disappointing. Our first room, #153, had a beautiful view of the pool, gardens, and ocean, but it smelled strongly of sewage, making it unpleasant to spend time in the room. The next morning, Mackenya at the front desk was helpful and moved us to Room #405. Unfortunately, while the sewer smell was gone, the room had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was noisy and then stopped working during the night, the bathroom lighting system did...

「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」

「The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. 」
