“Very nice stay”

“Hotel was as I would have expected. Not bad for the price. My room was solid and had a great beach view, room service and maintenance was very goo. Staff did a great job with housekeeping, Resturant food was pretty good, buffet could be better. I actually ate out multiple times around atlantis and shops so didnt eat the food the whole stay but its average. The pool area was very windy, unsure if I got unlucky all week or if there is some wind tunnel but drinks and towels would fly away. The……

“The staff were very nice, but appeared to be understaffed, from the year before. We have stayed at this resort for at least 7 years,,,,this year just seemed not to have all the activities and staff as the have had previously. ”

“Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel and amenities are very expensive. This is not the place for budget conscious travel. Julie (Director) saved……

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“Hotel website does not itemize room amenities in enough detail, our 1st room specified king bed with kitchenette (no mention of cutlery or plates etc.) however there was no table and chair to eat although misc. pics portrayed them - had to upgrade to a larger room + extra cost to provide this. The hotel is “well worn” with various “needs maintenance” subjects -(1) pool water not clear more foggy, one pool ladder with only 1 step set so high you coul pull your groin getting out, inner edge of……
