"As my adult son said, "this was the best place we've ever stayed at!" The property is very comfortable and clean with all the things you might need included. Sun hats, coolers, bug spray, recommendations for activities and restaurants. Jack was always available to help with any questions. Again, my son just kept saying, why do we need to go somewhere else??!! We all just loved hanging at the house, with its beach, pier, boats and swings."

"The room was spotless in every way. Staff were exceptional from the pickup at the airport. Staff addressed me by name, accommodated all preferences, made sure that I had everything I could possibly need and checked on me often. The rooms aren't fancy and there isn't a TV however the beauty of the views more than made up for that. There also wasn't a gym o site but again there was plenty of beach to get a workout in."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Bahamas Island House. It was everything we were hoping for. The house is amazing and extremely well equipped. The ability to utilize the kayaks from the house and visit some incredible areas is perfect. There was a storm during our visit that took out power and cell service for the entire island. The house has a generator that kicked in within seconds allowing us to continue playing games with our kids and keep us comfortable through the night. It also has starlink. Jack anticipated needs before we even realized there was a need for it. He was extremely responsive and provided so much information ahead of time about the island. He gave great recommendations for excursions and for fresh lobster. We used Theo for our excursion and had an amazing time thanks to Jack’s recommendation. We will back to either this house or another one of his properties because of how well his guests are taken care of. Thank you for helping make our vacation truly magical."

"The only problem we had was the picture of the beach which we didn't experience while we were there. It's very rocky and difficult for my wife and I since we are both 80. We were able to access the ocean thanks to our neighbors who allowed us to use their entry into the water. The blinds in the master bedroom did not work properly and we had to open them using a ladder so we finally gave up and just left them closed. The lamp in the master on the left side didn't work and we tried a new bulb but still didn't turn on. The property could use some general upgrades but I'm sure you are aware of that fact. Noe of the above seriously affected our enjoyment of the vacation. Thanks for your consideration of the items mentioned, Jim Brown"
Papaya House Exuma on Spectacular Beach

"We enjoyed our stay at the Papaya house. The beach is absolutely beautiful. Most days we were the only family on the beach. There were kayaks, a paddle board, floats, and snorkel gear. Onike, the house manager, is amazing. She was quick to answer, and so helpful when we needed her. She truly goes above and beyond to make your stay great. We would definitely book the Papaya house again."
Ocean Front Property With Pool. - George Town

"This is our 2nd stay and we love SeaBreeze lodge. The view is amazing!!! This side of the island makes great use of the kayaks and paddleboards. You can kayak to a little island during high tide. You can walk out in the middle of the flats during low tide. You can get a float and enjoy the calm water. You can kayak right to a blue hole. The roads are a little rough to get to the house but rent an SUV and go slower and you will be completely fine. We had everything to cook meals and there is a grill for use as well. The pool is wonderful to have as well. The outside area is so relaxing. The host and Joanes are extremely responsive and helpful with whatever questions or needs arise. We love it here and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful week stay in Exuma."

"We were met by the Kay and she had stocked our refrigerator with all the things requested. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The access to the beach was wonderful and we took advantage of the kayaks provided as well. Jack was great at answering all of my questions….and trust me I had a lot. He gave great suggestions and resources to help the trip to so smoothly! It is truly a piece of paradise and I would definitely stay there again!!"
