Beautiful setting with magnificent views! Great outdoor seating and nice pool. Very easy access to the beach.We had a very poor experience with the rental car through property management.

Two families, 8 total people, shared this space for a week and it was heavenly! Though we rented a boat for excursions, went to TOC and had a guided excursion, the beauty and seclusion offered at Papaya House are phenomenal.
