Nice hotel, the staff are really nice and friendly. Bartenders are great! The pools and hot tubs were nice. Room is comfortable. Issue with tub but was fixed right away. Food is good love the wings had them every day. enjoyed the stay!

The staff were some of the nicest people I met on the island. The food was absolutely amazing. The only downfall is that it’s not on an actual beach, but there is a beach five minutes away.

The room is small, old and smelly even the hall way. Guest restrooms are so nasty…!!

We stayed at the resort for 10 days. The resort was very clean. Housekeeping staff did a nice job keeping the room clean and tidy. But, we found our room a bit tired with sparse/dated furniture. The tub did not drain well and water pressure was frequently very weak on the 10th floor. The pool area was very nice. But, good luck getting a lounge chair near it. People stake their claim for the day at 7am and then disappear from "claimed", but vacant, chairs. There is no management of this behaviour unless you want to be confrontational. Rude and drunk frat boys smoking in the pool. Bar area VERY loud in the evening. There is sand. But, not beachfront. Need to shuttle to a nearby beach which was very nice. Staff were generally very welcoming and nice - espcially the ladies distributing the beach towels. They made our stay with their friendly greetings and conversation. However, there were some staff in the Verandah that seemed miserable in their jobs. No smiles, no conversation, pointing at a table for your meal and vanishing. Coffees and wine orders taken only to never appear at your table. The Spa experience was wonderful. Staff and service were exceptional. One of my biggest bones to pick was the need to line up daily to book meals to eat at the three specualty restaurants: Tings on a stick; Edgewater Grill and Abbiocco. Not all are open each night. We tired of waiting in lines eating up our vacation time. We ended up eating at the buffet most nights.

Older rooms but clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were solid, especially the italian and seafood restaurants. The beach and pool area were relaxing and we enjoyed the paint and sip. Very convenient location with a shuttle to cabbage beach and easy walk into a cute shopping area around Atlantis.

My wife really enjoyed a morning at the spa. The pool was clean ,quite large and well designed. Some of the staff were very friendly and competent. Others were just going through the motions. Our room was large with a great view from the balcony. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and well stocked.

This hotel was in a good location. Stephan with his perfect Dark and Stormy’s and Hermanique’s warm energy and big smile made our annual Girls trip! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was also exceptional for being an all-inclusive. It is on more of a canal so you are not on a beach but there is a small "beach" area. Easy walking distance to Atlantis and they had a shuttle to cabbage Beach which was nice

Our room and the rest of the property was very clean. One of the hot tubs didn't have the jets on which I felt was a great way for bacteria to grow! The other hot tub was closed 3 out of the 5 days we were there for some reason but it did have jets on when it opened. The food at the restarants could be better but the buffet food was always very good and fresh.

Lovely stay for 8 nights, wonderful bar staff especially Stephen and the fabulous Sheryl who issued us with fresh pool towels every day with a lovely greeting and smile 😊
Food was lovely although sometimes a little slow on replenishing in the Verandah buffet. The only disappointment was the outside bar shuts too early and the entertainment in the evening is poor. A live band or music outside would be a great asset to evening entertainment, it’s so pretty outside at night so such a shame not to utilise it.

We enjoyed our time by the pool and beach. Tiki bar was conveniently located and top service. There was always an activity going on. Bummed the hot tubs were out of order

Nice small resort on paradise island. Very walkable area. Good food. Amazing staff. Sheryl at the towel station was a delight. Had lots of suggestions for where to walk. Would defiantly stay again.

No real beach, as it sits harbor side. Food just ok, as buffet average at best. Staff great, restaurants very good, and had terrific massage at the spa
