We had a wonderful time at the cove Atlantis. The staff were friendly, helpful and always cheerful! The adult only pool was soooo nice! The staff there were always amazing! I would say our only suggestion would be to update the bedrooms. The resort is lovely!

I had an ocean room view room. It was beautiful and anything we needed we got. Room service was top notch and room was always cleaned without waiting for anything. It didn’t take long for them to clean every day and went above and beyond!

The Cove is always my favorite way to experience Atlantis. Their restaurants are great, staff is friendly and attentive and it is nice to have a special reprieve just for hotel guests away from chaos of water park when needed.

Overall, this is a nice property with lots for families to do. I will say this is the costliest vacation I’ve had in quite some time. The restaurants are way over priced. The cabana’s and daybeds at the beach are the most expensive I’ve ever paid with the worst service. If you are looking for a relaxing “cabana day” this is not the hotel. We weren’t brought towels or ice to our cabana and were given a very limited menu of food to choose from. The spa is under construction, however, you still pay premium spa prices even though there is not relaxation room and your service takes place in a standard hotel room. I will say the staff at the Cove pool were great as well as the wait staff at Seafire Steakhouse. That was our best dinner.

The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues. The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water. Garnishes on drinks were missing some days because they “ran out” and it often felt overcrowded with cruise ship guests. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.
