Well when I read the reviews I wasn't the only one who complained about the toilet. We were trapped in your room all night waiting on someone to fix your toilet; they sent the security guard. We had to repeatedly request it get fixed the next day. So we were once agian trapped in the room. WE couldn't get the TV to work and the room smelled like poop. Not fun. But the pool DJ and rum punch was fun!

Lets, just say that they have a great photographer. In person, the place is very basic..we saw a few roaches and they don't answer the phone at the front desk, after a certain time, though they are sitting there.

If you dont mind the lengthy check in time. Smell of bleach in your room. Cockroaches and getting bitten by bed bites along with a Horrific breakfeast. This place is for you.

This was my second stay at the Colony. My first visit was just over 2 years ago. I ended up with the same room that I had on my first stay. I was a little disappointed with a few things this time. Our unit door would not close unless it was locked. It has a kitchen area equipped with a stove. Unfortunately we had no glasses to drink from, just two tea cups. Two bowls, 2 forks, 2 spoons. No bottled water. Only 2 thin very small bath towels. The room was clean. Loved our own ground level balcony. Breakfast was okay. No ice, cola or snacks available for purchase. Convenient store was very close. Close to Fish Fry and bus stop. Pool was nice. Evenings there was a DJ and cocktails by the pool at no extra cost. Grounds staff, very friendly. The resort was quiet.

The room was clean and the people are friendly. Our room with 2 beds had enough of space and the beds were comfortable. AC also worked during our 10 days stay. The only issue that I had was the unstable wifi connection. I had to ask to speak to the manager before the staff took my complaint seriously. The hot water just enough for 2 quick showers. If you take long shower, your partner have to wait (maybe 30 mins) for the water to heat up again. Our room rate included breakfast. We enjoyed the hot breakfast (egg and sausages) but there was very little variety to choose from, but it saved us time to buy breakfast every day though. There was music and party every night from 7-9pm. It's a local culture. Even the local resort or buses played loud music LOL. Overall, we liked our stay as long as you do not expect 5 star hotel experience, you will be happy staying at this hotel. It is much cheaper than staying at the famous casino hotel. The money you save can pay for excursions or taxi rides LOL. You do need to prepare to walk or spend money on taxi to go places. We like to take local buses. It's cheap $1.50 per person. People are friendly and helpful. If you don't know anything, just ask for help.

La ragazza alla reception ci ha messo ben 45 min per fare il check in, oltre a non saper scrivere una ricevuta di pagamento ha chiesto alla sicurezza di scrivergli alcune parole. La canera era senza asciugamani e sporca, la mattina seguente ci siamo svegliati e non cera acqua, oltre alla colazione scadente e misera e dovevi chiedere per ogni cosa. Ho chiesto per un taxi e mi e stato risposte per ben 4 volte aspetta ora chiedo venga tra un po e alla fine mi comunicano di andare alla reception la mattina per vedere se riuscivano a prenotarlo. The amenities and location make this property a good deal. Yes the property is a little outdated and the rooms can be small and old but the customer service is helpful in trying to make things enjoyable for you. They provide a free continental breakfast now that they didn't in the past. It's a pretty decent size breakfast with hot and cold options. They also provide free drinks at the happy hour in the evening. The have free water available on site which is a savings. The room, pool and property is clean which is nice. They are located walking distance from the fish fry which is a good option for great food.

Check in was rough she could not find our reservation for our 2nd room or water. The breakfast smelled really offputting and was minimal at best. The happy hour is some 2 liter bottles of soda ,pool was nasty .Regular room was not clean .had a room for 5 people gave us 2 towels asked for more and was given attitude .location is very sketchy don’t walk anywhere

The colony club Inn and Suites was neat, clean and well maintained property. The room was spacious and the staff were super helpful. They helped us every day in arranging Taxis and were really nice to speak to about local things. The breakfast was simple but good enough. Pool could be cleaner so we didn’t go in. The biggest issue for us was the wifi. We were not able to connect and the connection frequently dropped within few minutes every time. They serviced the room without us requesting. The room service was good but we were not informed about this before and was serviced when we were away. It would be good if we had a bit of notice in advance. Location is closer to beaches (Arawak Cay public beach & Saunder’s beach) by walking 15-20 minutes. We felt safe walking around the property even late evenings and night. All in all, it is a

Well it took the host a few minutes to locate the key to the room. The staff was very friendly, the toilet was clogged however when I reported it, they fixed it the next day. The breakfast was ok…. I think if you don’t mind the limited parking and very simple room it’s not so bad. The locks on the door need to change and it needs some fixing however not bad for the price.
