“We really enjoyed many aspects of our stay at The Reef at Atlantis. “I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great! The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the private beach was beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only things I didn’t like were that breakfast was not available, and the beach didn’t feel completely private. “The worst hotel experience I've ever had. The service was terrible from start to finish, and the food was poor quality. On top of that, they added several charges that made no sense, and I even found duplicate charges on my bill. Make sure to review your final bill very carefully before paying, as you may be charged twice for the same items. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointing experience.”

“The private beach is the best part. The room could have been cleaner. They hold $300 and you can use it towards dining and the rest will be returned to you. The rooms can be adjoining but the deadbolts are locked. If you aren’t comfortable with that I suggest bringing a lock to go in the door or a retractable bar to go under the doorknob.”
