“This Riu is ok. I’ve seen better ones. I think the best part is the beach and the food. The worst is the staff. Most of them are rude. It looks like they hate their job.”

“Staff were courteous & accommodating especially at the restaurant/bar with honorable mention to Carolyn in housekeeping. Room was clean, comfortable & had a lovely view of the pool and beach(beach is a short walk across the street).Restaurant food was above the “standard hotel cuisine”which was a pleasant surprise. They served breakfast, lunch & dinner with the option to dine in or takeout. The property was safe & well maintained. An overall enjoyable 7 nights.”

“Sailing was kind of Bz this time I have visited the resort, the staff assigned at scheduling of sailing or even kayaking was not that welcoming. I suggest that after reviewing and noticing that plenty was scheduled , that they could plan ahead and add for more driver for sailing to accomodate the rest. When we approached the house to check on the kayak , they asked for the room number. Maybe next time they can be more informative to say before hand that room number or band number will help a lot”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The rooms smelled of sewage, the pools were either dirty or closed and the overall maintenance of the hotel was in very poor condition.”
