“A single sub-divided room bathroom unit, not a cottage. Not in the same house as pictured. No "guest kitchen" access. Property not maintained or readied to be habitable at this time. Faucet and lights non-functional.”

“The perfect vacation home depends on what your perfect vacation is. This was MY perfect vacation home. We wanted comfort, and seclusion and we got it! We stayed early November of 2025 and never saw more than two people out walking the beach. There are a couple other homes within view but they were empty. The deck looking out over the ocean was definitely a highlight but the inside was very nice also. The upstairs and downstairs can be rented separately but we rented both just to make sure……

“We had a great stay! Nancy was easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Nikki was great with on island support. The house was as advertised, comfortable, clean and all we could ever ask for! The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked our own meals almost exclusively. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. Now for a quick island reality check. Cat island is not Nassau, Cancun or Miami. We have been there 4 times now. “Cat Island is our favorite island so far. We visit the Bahamas yearly, and Cat Island stood out because of its untouched, peaceful beaches—perfect for recharging. **The location** The east shore of the island is remote, with stunning beaches, ideal for family time. **The house** Ocean View Coral lives up to its name—right on the beach with pink sand and coconut trees stretching for miles. We stayed upstairs. I’m an early riser, enjoying my coffee while reflecting on yesterday and planning……

“House is in a great location. Directly on the beach. There were some issues that the house had. There were no pots and pans! Seems the previous renter took them with them. Julius the property manager went out and bought some new ones. The water pump went out also and Julius fixed it the same day! Julius did a great job responding to our needs. We would rent again. ”
