“Cat's Cove is incredible. The perfect place to get away--REALLY get away. The beaches are beautiful-can't describe it. Aqua seas at your doorstep with curious, colorful fish just offshore.House is stunning-just as pictured. Two bedroom suites at opposite ends, each with a bath. A third bedroom sits between them--Perfect for kids! The kitchen is fully equipped-even an ice maker (a true luxury on any island)! The beds are comfy and the rooms comfortable with or without the A/C units. The grounds……

“What an amazing home and location!! My family of 5 just returned from a 10 day stay at the Point House and we truly enjoyed everything that the property and home had to offer!! We snorkeled every day and saw a variety of amazing sea life (stingrays, nurse shark, starfish, barracuda, conch, crabs, etc). We fished, kayaked, relaxed in the pool, explored all parts of the island, visited historic sites, took in the beauty and significance of the Hermitage, and enjoyed every lovely person that we met……

“DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. Nothing matches the listing—dirty, trashy yard, broken oven, no advertised BBQ, two broken TVs, broken door locks, dilapidated/unsafe deck, broken deck chairs, rusted utensils, moldy sponges, corroded fixtures, soiled bedsheets and towels, no bright pillows or rugs as shown in the photos, no screens in the windows - they were laying outside on the ground, and a strong odor of cat urine. We found the cat trying to get in the house. I have lots of photos to back up……

“Let me just say that when we started our vacation planning we were looking for a house on the beach and with a pool. We ultimately settled for a house on the beach. We were super excited that we found a nice house right on the beach in the Bahamas in our price range. We were very saddened when we saw that the beach was covered in seaweed and trash (shoes, bottles, plastic) that washed up from ocean. The beach is my favorite part of vacation. We were not able to use the beach or get in the water……
