We stayed during college spring break (beginning of March). Lots and lots of young adults. They were actually very respectful which was nice. I will say even though this is an older property it was the staff that made this trip for us. Super friendly and accommodating. We met so many amazing people; "G" the Beach Butler, D'von the party Hype man, and Valentino the Piano Bar bartender were amazing!!

Older style resort. Some up dating in public areas, rooms are clean but dated. Overall we enjoyed our stay, Buffet is the main eating option with limited schedule for specialty restaurants. Not many shade options on the pool deck and a lot water activity with nearby jet skis. Nice walk to Baha Mar. We ate there twice, food was very good but very expensive. We didn’t find the staff overly friendly. Final note, coffee was terrible.

My stay was about what I had read. It is a well-kept aged resort. The people are wonderful. The food is mediocre. My bedding was awesome but the mattress not so much. The beach is gorgeous. I would return.

I could see the ocean from the side, but i was told i had a garden view, my view was horrible , weeds, trash, and side of the buiding that looked in need or repair . Also I asked for a refrigerator it would be $75.00 a day , also no ice buckets are brought to the room

The beach had really nice fine sand and usually easy to find beach chairs. The property was run down and the staff kind of rude. They would run out of regular beer before lunch and light beer early afternoon. It is disappointing that an all-inclusive runs out of drinks and food every day. There was also a lot of smoking on the property. It is a cheaper option than the Baha Mar resort next door and the food is decent. Pools were clean. I feel like this resort was in its prime 25 years ago and they have not done upkeep since.

We were pleased to learn that the hotel did listen to our request for a more quiet, ocean view room. We got exactly what we wanted in a room space! Thank you. Staff - A+ (kind and attentive) Food - B (freshness and variety) Amenities - C- (needs updating) Hotel/Restaurants - C (needs remodel/upgrades Beach Area - A+ (better than much higher priced hotels in the area! Great 2mile walking beach. Beware of Spring Break! This property is worth the money if you enjoy food and lounging on a beautiful beach.

Property was clean but outdated. The coffee was always full of grounds or just water. Only one bar was open at a time. The "balcony" was about 6 inches wide, the door opens but you can't "sit outside on it" Those were a couple things that were "negative". Staff was very friendly. Overall it is a very clean and safe play to stay with beautiful views of the water.

They advertise as an adult only resort, but this resort is overrun with kids for spring break. Loud window shaking music all night. This should have been mentioned when booking. Ruined my last day there, with loud, drunk, profanity kids everywhere.

This place is old , very boring vibes I’m 36 so not looking to be parting per say , but if you under 50/60 do not go here it’s not worth the money, liquor is all cheap drinks options limited , no fridge in the rooms you have to go down stairs for drinks & water no ice machine, no one was ever in the pool or pool bar , very much for retired grandparents

Older resort, but just what we needed - beautiful beach, lots of chairs and umbrellas and friendly staff. The restaurants were great and the buffet while not large, always had lots of variety and tasty choices.
