「Nancy was more than a host, she was more like our instant long lost best friend on the island. My daughter and I would absolutely stay here again and again. Nancy’s secluded property w panoramic views of the beautiful water (though not on a beach) was close enough to walking distance to EYC, Straw Market, Sand Piper Cafe and Elvis Taxi service. We had all the amenities downtown Georgetown had to offer within a block . It was so sweet stepping back in time at her lovely cottage 」

「Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come.」

Everything was perfect - the location is within walking distance to the town so you don't need a car, it's in the most beautiful location where you can watch the sunrise every day, and the house is decorated so beautifully by Nancy. 「A great place to rent for vacation. Pretty much right between the airport and where the tour boats leave from Northern Exuma. Not too far of a drive to anywhere. There’s also an excellent beach just down the steps from the property. A few restaurants in walking distance as well. The floor plan is a little odd but the house has more space than it looks like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need, nothing too fancy (hotplate, microwave, air fryer, toaster) and it’s fully stocked...
