“Just stayed a wonderful week at this amazing property. Rented a car from Thompson-Honda fit ($330) for the week. That is all you need. You don’t need a Jeep. Trust me. We went every place on the island you can go and it was fine. Only used 1/4 tank the whole week and we were gone everyday. The Nixon house is perfect for a getaway. Wonderful beach and water just outside of the back of the house. The Bach yard has plenty of palm trees, which you don’t see many of on the island like other places so……

“This place was perfect for us to walk to store & also meet friends on the water. A few things need repaired but overall it was spacious for our family of 5. Landscaping is perfect. Staff & Nancy are delightful. It’s a little bit noisy with construction nearby, but fans help keep that to a minimum. Loved & brought extension cord recommendation from another family. Met lovely neighbors. Would stay here again!”

“Cornell was quick to respond and had great suggestions for food and places to go. This location was perfect for us, as we don't like a crowded area. The drive to and from Georgetown, when we went, was not bad at all. I love this place and woukd stay again. Do be aware that there are not any doors on the bedroom or the bathroom.”

“Finally received a text message while on our flight from miami to georgetown after messaging the owner/host via vrbo because I had not gotten our check in instructions (red flag number 1). After landing in Georgetown, I received a message that stated our apologies but the house was double booked by mistake for 3 of our 6 day stay. The host offered another house supposedly similar and closed to where we would be staying, both were lies. I was given a link for directions to a house, when we got to……

“Each morning I woke up, made coffee, and took it to one of the Adirondack chairs at the point, where you could watch the sunrise over Stocking Island. That was amazing. The room we had was delightful. It was simple, and bit older, but it was clean and had what we needed. It would have been hard to cook full meals in the kitchen, but it was perfect for light breakfast, or heating up leftovers. The location is amazing. It is a one minute walk to the government dock, which is where many dive trips……

“Perfect vacation house. Full kitchen, very large livingroom/dining room combination. Enormous closet in bedroom. Large bathroom mirror and full length mirror in dining area. Very subtle colors throughout gave off a relaxed and beachy atmosphere. It was very windy on the entire island for most of the week, and that also included our balconies, so nothing against the grounds in that respect, but it was quite windy. The grounds were beautiful but there's very little sand at the surf, its primary……
