The service is friendly, although moderate accommodation they work hard to meet the needs of guests. The beach and pool areas are fun, friendly, and beautiful areas to hang out!

Wait staff service at the restaurants/buffet, quality of food at the restaurants, long line every day at the lunch snack shack. Quality of food at lunch. Rooms are old and need attention in some areas. Shower door doesn’t close, bathroom fan doesn’t work. Electrical outlets need updating. Entry light doesn’t work. But most importantly the food needs to improve.

Room was okay - the extra charge for a coffee machine is not okay. Food spread was okay, lots of desserts. Staff seem misrable as hell. The only friendly ones were at check in. Staff at beach grill were usually sitting around while 1 guy did everything. The nightly shows were okay. We loved the beach but as for the resort, Definitely won't be back.

AVOID if possible Room was pretty average & overall the place is quite outdated looking No coffee machine- had to wait for a day and when we got it finally it was taken back by the housekeeping two days later Very narrow water flow for the shower Telephone unit wasn’t working at all Food was okay but very few hot options for vegetarians Had to wait for 20min to get water while having dinner yesterday Restaurants have a queue system and options are very limited- only two were open Spoke to the manager yesterday who said we are busy and overstretched

The room was so moist the whole time that our clothes wouldn't dry and papers we had started to curl. The location is great and staff is nice, but unfortunately the room made it super uncomfortable. My husband left with a sinus infection. Also, the food service needed help. It was seldom refreshed at the buffet and seemed very dirty, we opted to eat out a lot. Mixed feelings overall, again the staff was lovely. Just might need to find another spot to stay if we return.

Room was clean but the whole decor needs an update. Staff was curt and blunt, not very courteous but realized that seemed to be most people there. Wasn't rude per say but not courteous either.

Couldn’t check in until 3pm, which is the check in time, just wish it could have been earlier as we had to walk around with our backpacks for 3 hours. Rooms are outdated, bathroom only has 2 small can lights but we made it work. We we only in room to shower and sleep anyway. Staff is very friendly! Beach/Ocean are nice. The pool are is generally small, had to put towels on chairs early to ensure we got chairs. I know we’re getting older, but the lounge chairs are so uncomfortable. Didn’t care for the daily pass purchases and cruise ship people visiting, made it more crowded. They also got staff service at the beach which regular paying guests don’t get. We were always able to find something okay to eat. People who go to any resort and expect excellent food are unrealistic. NO food options between 4:30 and 6:30pm which was disappointing. Not even snacks. Only one bar open at a time also which was frustrating. The biggest disappointment was that this ADULTS ONLY resort apparently is a refuge for stranded travelers. On Wednesday night as we’re in the main area enjoying the entertainment, several bus loads of families arrived; lots with young kids making a lot of noise. We saw some kids there everyday moving forward. I inquired at the desk at checkout and she seemed obvious to it saying she would have to check into it. I was expecting a discount for the inconvenience. That didn’t happen. I’m told 14 years or older is considered an adult.

More staffing is needed at the resort. The wait times to get service were more than 20 minutes. Better quality alcohol selection is needed. Food choices at the Buffett were repetitive. À la carte restaurants should be able to make a reservation instead of waiting in long lineups like herded cattle and then people fighting over who arrived first. The resort is obviously burning their garbage covering patrons and the pool with black soot. No water provided in the rooms. Had to buy water everyday at the gift shop. I’ll never stay there ever again

If you’re older looking for very quiet and peaceful vibes then this is for you.! Boring!! Very outdated decor, the view from the lobby to the beach is the best thing about this hotel. I stayed here 4 days 3 nights and only had breakfast here 2x first day when I came and last day. The breakfast is buffet style. They have a small hot tub which everyone swarms in the afternoon as the pools aren’t heated. The bar by the pool doesn’t play music and starts serving liquor late morning. If you want just a place it lay your head then it’s great for that. If you’re looking for turn up vibes it’s not here! This resort is for older people who go to bed by 8pm.

Rooms were clean, staffers were very polite and friendly, except at check-in when I booked this stay I chose a king bed and when we checked in they told me they told me I booked a room with 2 double beds I said no that’s not what I I picked after about 45 minutes and phone calls they told me that I will get a king room but had to wait over 2 hours because it wasn’t clean and with no vehicle my wife and I walk around for this time frame, other then this problem it was a great time.
