This beautiful private estate sits on 2.3 acres along secluded Double Bay Beach, with the tranquil sound on one side and the pink-sand Atlantic beach on the other. The main residence and casita offer more than 10,000 square feet of spacious, relaxing living areas, making the property ideal for large families, groups of friends, business or wellness retreats, and intimate destination weddings.

Our dedicated staff is available to make your stay as effortless as possible, from arranging dinner reservations and island adventures to evening turndown service. Our Bahamian chef creates thoughtfully prepared meals throughout your stay, while our driver is available for transportation to dinners, activities and island excursions. For added peace of mind, several members of our staff are certified in CPR and AED.

We strive to make thoughtful use of the natural resources available to us. The property utilizes solar panels for energy and collects rainwater for use on-site. We also raise chickens to provide fresh eggs for our kitchen whenever available!
