I think The Cove did a great job overall for being in the Bahamas, however for this category of luxury resort, they fell short in many ways: They did not accomodate for an early check in, there were several power outages, internet and WiFi outages, there were water outages, the onsite water craft for excursions was not as clean as would be expected, there was a red ant infestation in...

The road to bungalows however could use some renovation works - a rental car however is still fine for transportation back and forth. 「We spent just a couple of days in Eleuthera and fell in love. This cottage was a wonderful home base. Clean, comfortable, great AC, kitchen, a quick walk to the shore line that was loaded with conch shells. We rented a car and explored on our own, which I highly recommend as there are so many places to see. The island had a couple of black-outs while we were there, but they didn't last long.
